The app allows household sharing between users with different iCloud accounts. When you invite members to your household or join an existing household, the following data is shared:

Task completion history and points
Challenges and gamification data

Shared data is synchronized via Apple's CloudKit Sharing feature
Each user maintains control of their own iCloud account
You can stop sharing at any time by leaving the household or removing members
Members you invite will have access to household data as long as they remain in the household

Information related to premium subscriptions is managed directly by Apple through the App Store.

We only have access to your subscription status to activate premium features
Subscription benefits (unlimited members) apply to the household owner only

Data is only shared with household members you explicitly invite through the app
